United in Solidarity with Women in Black http://www.womeninblack.net/ and POW! the Power of Women! http://www.poweb.org in a Peaceful Protest this morning at the Federal Building in Downtown Oakland.

We were joined by Rebecca Kaplan http://www.rebeccakaplan.org/index.html and Laura Wells http://www.cagreens.org/alameda/county/council/council.htm and approximately 50-100 people at 7 am this morning (Thursday 3/20/03).

While I was capturing documentary footage of the gathering, I was interviewed by Kristen Zimmerman from KPFA (94.1 FM in the Bay Area)
for broadcast this Friday night at 7pm during her show, Full Circle.
