One hour and some minutes ago, the Organization of American States (OAS), for the first time in the organization's history, rejected a major United States initiative. The OAS backed, by a vote of 32-0 with two countries not counted, a resolution to support the continuance of the democratically elected government of Hugo Chavez of Venezuela.

Brazil is key.. US can't lay a finger on Lula.. US wants to get Chavez out of the way.. as long as Chavez is taking the hits, they can't get to Lula.

I've never met Trent Lott.. he has never ventured into the African American community.. blacks here make only 1/3 of what whites do.. the rest of us are homeless.. about Lott's friend, Richard Barrett.. skinheads.. terrorist raids on the African American community.. racist killings in Washington state.. Nissan building a big plant, no jobs for blacks.. you can count Lott's (wealthy) black supporters on one hand.. about Strom Thurmond's 1948 white segregationist run for president.. Segregationist delegates marched out of the Democratic Convention during a Hubert Humphrey speech.. the governor of Alabama was the VP candidate.. their platform: 'segregation forever'... is the Klan alive and well in Mississippi?.. they had a march recently.. hangings still taking place.. a young man in Kokomo hung from a small tree, would not support his weight.. not being investigated.. the police very angry that we didn't support the suicide finding.. Mississippi still flying the confederate colors, and Trent Lott comes down on the side of the Confederate flag.. IT IS TIME FOR THE US TO RECOGNIZE.. ONE PEOPLE, ONE COUNTRY..
