Check out the following sites for information on a new 'Timber Harvest Plan.'
Greetings Bay Area,
My name is Caleb [or cable], and i'm writing on behalf of a few different interests at this point. All focused around the Santa Cruz area right now. There are good things happening here. As before mentioned, for a better source of information, check out Tree-sit.org, or EarthFirst.org [santa cruz]. Also, you can call the SCEF at (831) 425 3205 for more information. Also, if you have time, check out the santa cruz [california] indymedia for information on a series of reactionary and classist ordinances that have been recently passed in Santa Cruz which target street performers and poor people. Downtown for All, a group recently formed to distribute information and get the community involved in fighting these ordinances can be reached at DowntownforAll [at] ziplip.com, and I will be in the bay area distributing some copies of the ordinances themselves, as well as more extensive contact information for downtown for all, as well as some information on how to get in contact with Earth Firsters who can fill you in on the Ramsey Creek Timber Harvest Plan. Thank you for your time, and i look forward to seeing your city, and hope to run into some of you while i'm there. I'll have much more contact information and several flyers and other literature to distribute for anyone who's interested.
