face in smoke of wtc

My first reaction has been "Yeah whatever. Photoshop." too.

The link to the clip on CNN.COM is valid though. Reviewing it, the face-like image as seen above does indeed appear in the original clip. The URL embedded in the bottom of the image, as well as the red highlight box, were not part of the clip, and thus may or may not be a CNN production (the pic was uploaded instead of linked, so who knows its origin.) But the key element of the clip itself is there, he's right.

So if the footage was doctored (which I presume it was - I mean, c'mon!), then it exists as such on cnn's own site in the actual video instead of just the one pic shown above.

Weird. I wonder if someone hacked CNN, or if CNN did it themselves and then only released the link to activist circles so that we'd all get wound up over it ("It's on CNN.COM, it must be real!") and sound like idiots talking about demonic faces in the smoke.

Army PsyOps are already known to hold editorial positions in CNN.

Shit is getting weird, folks. It's become a conspiratorial minefield. Step carefully.

Perhaps it's just a reminder in these trying times to take a step back. Take the time to look for shapes in the clouds. It will serve as a reminder as to why we're here doing what we're doing in the first place.

Even if it IS REAL-so what? Part of a cloud of smoke just HAPPENS to assume the shape of a face FOR A SPLIT SECOND-and it's supposed to represent something profound??? Such quirks of nature, while admittedly rare, DO happen-but it's only the laws of physics-nothing more! Reminds me of all the fanfare over the "face on Mars", which just turned out to be a formation on a mountain.
We need to stay focused on the REAL ISSUES surrounding this tragedy-not agonizing over the shape of the smoke clouds!!!(What are some of you smoking, anyway?)

i would just like to remind everyone that when the human brain receives visual data, it immediately begins trying to assemble patterns that it recognizes. the most common pattern is a human face. stare at something that is textured for too long, and you will begin to see human faces. if a cloud of smoke already kind of looks like that, then everyone will see it and assume that the spirit of lucifer is in the smoke. get real. there's REAL conspiracies out there. we dont need this shit diluting it.
