anarchists fighting to win in quebec

by SF IMCista
anarchists held their ground against a massive military arsenal, throwing CS gas right back at the pigs.

10 minutes on each news channel and not at all unfriendly toward the protestors. [ Alternative news is having a profound effect on mainstream media news it seems - genuine competition at last.]

Anarchists looked heroic young fighters battling to save
the world from evil monsters presented as paunchy, florid and fleshy faced old men.

I was proud as hell, and made the whole family watch without comment - unless it was positive.

George Bush stammered through 10 secs of garbled nonsense
looking like he had either been smoking crack all weekend or had slept sucking on a bottle for at least a week. That puffy eyed look is generally associated with kidney disease may I add. He spent most of his soundbites addressing the protest movement itself, with assurances [ we think ] that he is not a fascist dictator opposed to life as we know and love it. We hasten to disagree Mr Bush but you will never get to hear what we think except via the ballot box.

You needed 8,000 police and armed personel plus an array of cruel and unusual military weapons to block out our voices protesting the FTAA, and all other bilateral and multilateral agreements which we reject as an erosion of
democracy along with a great swag of other complaints

Don't you feel you have transferred enough public property
to your elite cronies? The only thing left for you to do is
increase the size of government via the prison system. Oh yes, but of course, those are privatised too. Not unlike the concentration camps that your pals in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries built for themselves a half a century ago. They were privatised too, weren't they? How much per slave? [ Your father could tell you. Thats where his father made all his loot, in Brown Bros Harriman.. and Rockefeller's father, and Ford's and Mellon's and Dupont's and Dow's. All that nasty little clique who run you and ran Clinton, with their filthy lucre.]

Hmmm.....3 deutschmarks per prisoner wasn't it?

How much does the US government pay the corporations who own the prisons for each prisoner? A few bucks? Hardly worth feeding them. Just increase poverty by shifting jobs
to the third world and drive down wages. People are bound to want to eat eventually, even if that means having to steal to live. Voila..more slaves for the lagers!

May as well just use them for their calories and dispose of them when they have been laboured to death in hell by the corporations. Makes good business sense.

I wondered today as I looked at the police - just how many of their fathers fought in WW2?

How many of those well armed and suited thugs lounging round their tanks and fences recognise that the war their fathers fought has come back to haunt us via the same rapacious big businesses who invested so heavily in Hitler's Germany?

Their fingerprints are all over NAFTA, FTAA and GATS.

Yes, war is a very profitable industry. Ask the CEOs of General Motors, Ford, IBM, JP Morgan Bank, Chase Manhatten Bank, American Express, Coca Cola, Alcoa, Esson, ITT and all the dozens of other US Fortune 500 firms who invested in the IG Farben cartel, and who backed both sides in WW2 to profiteer so handsomely, in the death and destruction of millions.

What fine company you keep, George~! Are they pressing you to launch new military programmes, to keep them in clover may I ask? A new war somewhere perhaps? What a terrible trade-off just for a few mill' in campaign finances. Another damned war!

Sheesh!

Just say NO, George. Listen to the bravehearted young fighters on the barricades - they know - they love, they care, and above all they "know."
