i dont see this as an insult at all. globalization itself is not the problem. something we can take from quebec is the lesson of the fight of the quebecois who wish to preserve their cultural language and heritage while the global community comes together. we need respect for local communities and as the world comes closer together, those of us who have always fought against the regional corporate overlords are now fighting together in a true global struggle. let them try to globalize their corporate domination. we are globalizing our resistance.
