Demonstrate in front of the Federal Building because Federal Judge Martin Jenkins has not yet released the lawsuits needed to stop Pacifica's criminal actions

DEMONSTRATION - TUESDAY 2/20 - Noon to 1 PM

FREE THE PACIFICA LAWSUITS!

In front of the Federal Building 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA Noon to 1 PM

Please assemble PEACEFULLY -- with signs -- in front of the Federal Building house in San Francisco. The Northern District Court is inside the building -- but DON'T try to go inside. (They're very nervous since Oklahoma City.)

Please keep it peaceful and dignified.

The jurisdictional hearing on both the Directors' and Listeners' lawsuits was held on 1/9/01. We expected Judge Jenkins' ruling to come down last week. We need a ruling NOW so that we can go immediately to the state court next week for restraining orders against the bylaws amendments, etc., at the Pacifica Board meeting on March 2-4. We're running out of time!
