Peter M. Pankin From Epstein, Becker and Green will be
speaking at a "Labor Relations" Law Conference in San
Francisco on Jan 18, 2001 at the Stanford Court Hotel
which is located at 905 California/Powell.
This law firm advertises on it's web site that it will
help create a "union-free" environment http://www.ebglaw.com
Plans are being made for a San Francisco
"Reception" for this union buster. Please be at the
Hotel entrance at 7:30AM to greet them for breakfast.
Next to the Mark Hopkins Hotel On Nob Hill.
John Murdock an appointed member of the Pacifica Board
is now engaged in rewriting the Pacifica bylaws to
eliminate any future threat to their corporate plans
to sell off the stations.The firm is also representing
Pacifica Bosses in the court cases to take back
control of the station from these union busters.

This is just a reminder that we need all able bodied folks to come to the Stanford Court Hotel on Thursday morning after 7:30 to greet the union-busting, Pacifica destroying guests of the "Labor Relations" law conference there!
You can either walk up Powell street from BART to California or take the California Street cable car to 905 California Street and the hotel. We will
have flyers and placards, but bring your own if you have them! See as many of you as possible there!
And also if you can't make it Thursday, we will be there Friday morning about 8:30 when the Epstein attorney will speak yet again. Please plan to make one, the other, or both times! There will be another major protest at Epstein next week on the 23rd with a large number of us so please set your calendars. Onward!
