No Spray Action Network organizes several Non-Violent Direct Action trainings to resist the government-mandated forced wholesale spraying of pesticides.
Upcoming Trainings for Non-Violent Direct Action and Affinity Group Formation
The No Spray Action Network has organized several upcoming day-long trainings. The purpose of these sessions is to prepare our community to non-violently resist the government mandated forced spraying of pesticides on private land (where the owner does not want to be sprayed) and on public lands (schools, parks, streets, etc). At each training, participants will have the opportunity to form into "Affinity Groups" - small groups (5-15 person) comprised of friends, colleagues, neighbors or folks from the same geographical area. These Affinity Groups will act as 'rapid response groups' to resist any forced spraying, and as decentralized organizing groups to do all kinds of creative education and action of their own invention. The goal: force the county to rescind the forced-spray plan, and get on with ecologically appropriate solutions to the problems that emerge from inappropriate agricultural practices.

Upcoming trainings YOU can sign up for - and who to contact:
