Last Friday's Sacto CM ride was a complete disaster!!! We had bottles thrown at us, one driver repeatedly tried to 'door' the riders, one rider had his video camera smashed, and another had his bicycle crushed....

On July 4th at 11 AM a group of around 30 to 40 people (organized by the United Front) gathered at 24th St and Mission in San Francisco to show their outrage at US actions. After a few flags were burned in symbolic protest, the crowd moved up Mission St towards the Hall of Justice....

After the SF Day Labor Program's recent worker-led speak-out against police ticketing, the Mayor's office announced that it will put up for public bid the money which the city provides to La Raza Centro Legal to administer the program. This move is blatent retaliation for the workers' political activities and puts this important program in serious jeopardy....
