Kathleen Carroll, a lawyer and fired whistleblower at the California Commission on Credentialing is facing accusations of being a sexual harasser and "stalker" at the trial at Sacramento County Court on August 1, 2016. She exposed a massive backlog of credentials for teachers that were not being processed, forced a state audit and was fired in retaliation.
