To solve a crime, it is first necessary to find out what happened. To do that, it is necessary to carefully examine not some, but ALL of the available empirical evidence, and then from that formulate a hypothesis. Using this method it is possible to determine what happened to the World Trade Center in NYC on 9/11/01.
