The Ebony Boat Club is a welcomed maritime resource and recreational opportunity to join a growing collaboration of City, County, State and National officials eager to highlight the positive contribution by people of African ancestry. In context of a national conversation we target 1840 - 1870 to focus Sesquicentennial Black Heritage Tours in context of the California Gold Rush, Emancipation and Reconstruction of the United States of America.
