Probably as a result of the Japanese regime´s efforts to influence outside perception due to speculations triggered by its inclusion in the Shortwave Report in the aftermath of the Fukushima disaster, the quality of the program has significantly declined, e.g. by loss of awareness for the significance of regional groupings.
