Open Letter To SF BOS: Please Vote Down Bottled Water Ban
John Thielking
The SF Board Of Supervisors' Land Use And Economic Development Committee is set to vote Monday, March 3, 2014 at 1:30 PM on a proposal to recommend to the full SF Board Of Supervisors that SF pass the strictest law in the nation banning the sale of 21 oz and smaller water bottles on city property. Below is my reasoning as to why this is a bad idea. The 6PM 2-24-14 kpfa evening news ran a story on this. It is archived at www.kpfa.org
