Due to the on-going massive automatic across-the-board sequestration budget cuts shredding the nation's housing programs that the Republicans and Democrats have repeatedly allowed to continue, the time is right to demand that so-called nonprofit housing developers freeze the rents on the poor, and impose a salary cap of $125,000 on all executives working for so-called nonprofit housing developers in Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, and all across the nation!
