Vermont students generally test poorly on math and science, so when new jobs are created when the Air Force forces Vermonters to live with Lockheed Martin F-35 fighter jets, how can these new jobs go to unqualified dairy farmers with no Phd.s in math, physics and engineering? Goat farmers and maple syrup makers and apple pickers want to know!
