May 24, 2013 Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates won a restraining order against Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary in Los Angeles Superior Court in California Case #BS143169. The Judge ruled there was sufficient evidence against Lollar to merit the court order. This evidence included two police reports against Lollar for assault and identity theft, an arson report, evidence of defamation, death threats, extortion besides three years of stalking, harassment and personal attacks.
