Add comment on:San Francisco Turns Fascist - The First Day of the Nudity Ban
On February 1st, the first day of the public nudity ban in San Francisco, 4 body freedom activists (George Davis, Gypsy Taub, Trey Allen and Danny DeVero) got arrested while exercising their 1st Amendment right at the steps of the City Hall. The arrest was not only a blatant violation of our constitutional rights to free speech, but of the anti-nudity ordinance itself, according to which nudists activists were supposed to get cited, not arrested.
