Attorney Lynne Stewart, framed by Republican Bush, jailed by Democrat Obama, now has Stage 4 cancer, having spread from the breast to the lungs and bones. Stage 4 means the cancer has overtaken the immune system. She also has diabetes, is 73 and is in a Texas federal prison, far from her New York home.
