October 22, 2012 - The Second Court of Appeals of Texas finds that Texas District Court Judge William Brigham abused his discretion in sustaining the contests to Appellant's affidavit of indigence. The Appeals Court reverses the 352nd trial court's ruling on the contests and allows a new telephonic hearing for Appellant.
