On Tuesday, 10.09.2012, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors will vote on whether to overturn the popular election of San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi. What is due process, also known as fairness, in this case? KPFA spoke to Mirkarimi attorney David Waggoner.
