The Committee of U.C. Berkeley Police Review Board "Report on November 9, 2011" was written at the request of Chancellor Birgeneau. Largely the document is of little practical utility, refusing to take a hard stand against any of the bad actors involved in the police brutality of that day, refusing to demand any real accountability from UCPD or UC administrators.
