"Salmon are the life line, the magic in the waters, the measure of how healthy the waters are," stated Caleen Sisk-Franco, Chief and Spiritual Leader of the Winnemem Wintu Tribe. "When they can no longer swim in the rivers, streams, and Oceans, there will be no drinkable water for humans either.
