Hunters Point Naval Shipyard must be "cleaned to the highest standards" period by the Navy
The recent decision by a Judge who says the Environmental Impact Report on Hunters Point is fine - is wrong. There are many unsolved issues with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The Transportation Document, Cultural Resources, Cumulative Pollution, and most of all very serious contamination - most of it pertaining to very high levels of radioactive elements. Now, this decision has little bearing on the "true community" - the community wants the entire area cleaned up. And this Judge Goldsmith agrees to. We the community - DO NOT WANT aDeveloper like Lennar - a Rogue Developer - anyway near Bayview Hunters Point and San Francisco. Not with its sordid track record.
