The Southeast Sector is the last frontier and most developers are targeting this area to build - inferior homes on mostly very contaminated sites. There are some groups who are getting money - blood money - to build parks and create wetlands - but, these same entities are not lifting a finger to study the toxicity in the area. They have no clue about abatement and less about mitigation. The have done nothing to address Quality of Life issues in the Southeast Sector and less in San Francisco - as a whole.
