The SF County Transportation Authority has been hoodwinking innocent San Franciscans for the longest time ever. They have various sub-committees Plans and Programing, etc and then meet as a whole calling themselves COMMISSIONERS - at other times SF Board of Supervisors. A more inept name would be BUFFOONS - one worse then the other.
