Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site. Having said that - LENNAR, the Rogue Developer may try to hoodwink the Main Media - but, the fact remains, that no one in their right mind will buy a home, in this economy at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Now, the U.S. Navy has an obligation to clean up the entire Shipyard. The U.S. Navy is dragging its legs. Lennar is seeking to dump the Shipyard, cut its losses - and deal with reality.
