On Thursday, Dec. 16th, protesters rallied in downtown San Francisco during the evening rush hour to call for freedom for WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange as well as accused whistleblower, Private First Class Bradley Manning. WikiLeaks' publication of thousands of US diplomatic cables, following on the heels of war logs and combat videos from the US occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, has lead to Assange being labeled the "most wanted" man on the planet, for publishing leaks that expose some of the inner workings of US war-making and foreign policy.
