It has been 10 horrible years, since the year 2000, and every year - Sophie Maxwell has done everything in her power to divide the community in the Bayview, Little Hollywood, Portola, Visitation Valley - she favors Potrero Hill. Sophie, takes credit, for things others have done - and uses ploys and machinations to rake in the money - to fill her own coffers.
