A rogue state is one that uses various pretexts to unleash genocide against its own citizens and ignores every international law and every norm of civilised behaviour to commit horrible crimes against humanity. While history has been witness to so many genocides carried out in different parts of the world, shamefully, the international community is maintaining a deafening silence on an ongoing humanitarian catastrophe that is taking place in Sri Lanka.
