Dolores Huerta announced her support today for the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW), who are in a David and Goliath like battle with SEIU. An election by over 10,000 homecare workers will take place in Fresno starting June 1. Sal Rosselli, one of the leaders of the NUHW, and Huerta explain why this election is so important. The rally was held in downtown Fresno on May 27, 2009. This is a 15:29 minute video of the rally.
