KPFA manager Lemlem Rijio is refusing to turn manuals for KPFA employees to the Local Station Board despite a unanimous resolution that requested this material. This was requested in October 2008 but the manager has refused to carry out the request. The lack of transparency by this manager and her team is supported by the "Concerned Listener" grouping who support the present management grouping.
