Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Association (PCFFA) and Water 4 Fish today released a groundbreaking report calling for improved water management in the San Francisco Bay-Delta Estuary. The report occurs a time when salmon fishing in ocean waters off California and Oregon and in Central Valley rivers is closed for the first time in history.
