Recently, there was a Notice Of Violation (NOV) on Parcel A - read this article for details. On Parcel B - that is contaminated the United States Navy wants to cap the whole area - and issue a Mitigation Plan that favors less then more of a through - clean up. So, now - even the U.S. Navy has fallen in line and is following the orders of very corrupt politicians - one being Senator Diane Feinstein. We had a exceedance of over 138,000 structures per cubic meter of Asbestos - on May 30, 2008 but the NOV was released - just a few day ago. Read more .......
