Wednesday, June 18, 2008 :On Monday the US Senate Armed Services Committee released documents revealing that preparations to systematically torture inmates at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba were set in motion by officials high up in Donald Rumsfelds Defense Department in July 2002, half a year after the internment camp commenced operations.
