Oakland attorney and Pacifica Foundation interim executive director and Pacifica Foundation counsel Daniel Siegel is stonewalling the appointment of Michel Shehadeh according to past KFPA & Pacifica board member Fadi Sada. Seigel backed the Concerned Listeners grouping and illegally intervened in the election using foundation resources and most recently helped support the appointment of traffic lawyer Sherry Gendelman to position of Pacifica Foundation national chair.
