San Francisco has a budget of $6.8 billion plus and the SF Department of Health has a budget of over $1 Billion. We have hundreds of millionaires in San Francisco and among them some Blacks. Lennar BVHP LLC has poisoned our children but this City - cannot afford to test one single child. And then you have Doctor Mitch Katz a clown - all he needs is a red ball on that nose - he talks the talk but cannot walk the walk. So, Mayor Gavin Newsom do you have the balls to test one single child and prove to us that Lennar BVHP LLC is not the culprit - it is?
