AIMCO controls over 604 housing units and has in recent months started rehabilitating units with their jurisdiction at Hunters Point. In recent months many homes closer to Ingalls and Oakdale when had notices posted on the homes. The notice reveal that the residents have been exposed to Asbestos. Close by the residents were already exposed to Asbestos from the activities linked to Parcel A. In this case it is residential Asbestos that is adding to the state of affairs.
