Monday, June 18, 2007 :There are some things that still make the annual LGBT Pride Parade in San Francisco special to me. It’s not the corporate sponsorships. If anything, those have robbed it of the old radical edge it had in the 70s and 80s, back when it resembled an ANSWER anti-war protest, rather than a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
