Thursday, June 14, 2007 :School ended this week, bringing a welcome break not only to kids, but to parents, teachers, principals and no doubt our Board of Education (BOE) and the district administrators who together create and implement the plans and programs that serve our children. The previous year ended with calls for increased attention to community voices and a focus on thoughtful planning.
