Dear Friends - Senator Hagel (R-NE) introduced legislation yesterday that deals with legalization using a point system. I have attached the bill for you. Our allies are doing initial analysis and we will get that to you shortly. Peace, Larisa Some initial analysis is being done. Basically, the bill would only deal with the issue of legalization.
