The Governor of Virginia takes a small step towards controlling guns within oue education system. I propose that the reason he has stated he will look into closing the loophole was only to promote a positive political view for himself. If he really wanted to make a change so that instances such as the recent school shooting wouldn't occur int the future then he would try and make a bigger and more effective change.
