Safeway injured workers and others will demand the resignation of the CA Fraud Assessment Commission Chair William Zachry who is also the Vice President of Safeway Inc. for Risk Management. The regulatory commission is supposed to do oversight on CA District Attorneys who investigate fraud but has told injured workers it does not investigate fraud by insurance companies.
