The California Energy Commission (CEC) yesterday gave the green signal to SF Public Utilities Commission to go ahead with its plant to place 3 Combustion Turbines (CTs) or small power plants closer to Bayview Hunters Point. The community most adversely affected by pollution has been the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. Now, once again Mayor Gavin Newsom, City Attorney Dennis Herrera, Aaron Peskin, Sophie Maxwell, the corrupt Susan Leal, have shown poor leadership and lack of compassion to those constituents that most need help.
