I am sure there are some of you that stayed outside to pray for the success of what went inside the Court September 14, 2006 would like to hear the proceedings. I think you will be proud of those that defend the 13 Tribes and were against the use of treated waste water to make snow. The arguments made on behalf of the Tribes were intresting. The lawyer for the Snowball Ski Resort tried to hoodwink the Judges - they did not succeed. Below is the link - once you down load the file you can hear it all.
