NAJAF, Iraq (AP) - U.S. troops and radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr agreed to a three-day truce Friday in negotiations to end the standoff at this holy Shiite city, although al-Sadr still branded the United States ``the enemy of Islam.''
