A team of United Nations nuclear inspectors has arrived in Baghdad to investigate the looting of material from Iraq's main nuclear facility. But the IAEA team will only have access to a small area outside the Tuwaitha site, which is about 50 kilometres (30 miles) south of Baghdad.
