 the Islamic Cultural Center for lively cultural program of performances, 
 speakers, artisans and food.\n\nSept. 10, 7 PM Candlelight Peace Vigil and 
 Peace Lantern Ceremony\nPeoples NonViolent Response Coalition and other 
 East Bay peace groups will gather at The Pillars At Oakland’s Lake 
 Merritt to make peace lanterns and join in a walk around the lake in memory 
 of the victims of Sept. 11 and for all victims of the ongoing cycle of
