 friend.  Explore growth and healing through breathexperience.™ When we 
 allow breath to come and go on its own, and learn to sense and experience 
 its movement through our body, we realize that our natural breath develops 
 support for coming into balance of body, mind and soul/spirit.  We can live 
 our life with less stress, fewer aches, pains, conflicts, and with more 
 vitality and well being. Breath is our most powerful teacher and healer. 
 Many participants will gain insight into their own personal learning of 
 breath's meaning, and experience immediate benefits after this hour of 
 explanation and guided practice.          Margot’s classes have gained 
 interest in Marin with articles published in the Pacific Sun and Marinscope 
  and appearances on KSVY’s " Health Matters." She has also been on NBC 
 and CBS television news programs discussing Breathexperience™ in treating 
 back pain, and how breath includes and supports the whole person in
